We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally fluent Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our team. You'll work closely with the Operations team to support our online presence, build community engagement, and assist in content creation across channels.

This internship is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand storytelling, and community management — and who’s ready to learn fast in a dynamic environment.

• Help manage and grow our presence on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Schedule and publish posts using planning tools
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to help inform content
• Assist in the creation of content (visuals, copy, reels ideas, etc.)
• Support email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Brevo or similar)
• Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, and tags
• Help prepare reports and insights on content performance
• Support broader marketing initiatives and launches as needed
• Developing marketing and Social Media Strategies

• A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Passion for social media, digital culture, and content creation
• Spanish & English required
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or basic content creation/editing tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and curious
