Area of responsibilities:

• Implement flawless store design concepts into reality across the Spain region by acting as a coordinator between corporate architecture, VM, procurement, external suppliers, retailers and the sales and marketing teams.
• Create designs, floor plans , 3D renders and construction drawings (where required) using Vectorworks for retail, fairs and corporate environments following brand guidelines. Create Print-files for Graphic Packages. Producing presentation packs for internal and external sign-off of these designs.
• Project manage all regional retail installs, delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Raise PO’s and track budget for each project.
• Work closely with marketing on all store design projects to achieve the store commercial and brand needs in each store.
• Liaise with independent and national retailers to gain design sign-off. Adapt store designs to store guidelines where required.
• Visit stores across the Spain region to complete initial site survey for project kick-off.
• Input to development and continuous improvement of the retail POS toolboxes and VM guidelines.
• Support new product launches into existing stores by using Global VM/Architecture guidelines to suit local market scenarios.
• Be the local eyes and ears of the Cybex corporate architecture team and maintain the performance of each store by visiting retailers and work on continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement trade fair setup across countries in close dialogue with local sales and marketing teams
• Do ad-hoc graphic jobs to create digital content for retail partners
  
  

Profile of qualification:

• Experience working with implementing retail projects in store
• Solid experience in creating designs, floor plans, 3D renders and construction drawings using VectorworksStructured and strong in following up on actions and get things done
• You are fluent in Spanish and Business English
• Knowledge of and processes, with a "can do" approach operating standards
• You are a positive, proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit person
• You have a down to earth and hands-on mentality
• Goal oriented, Dynamic and enthusiastic
