We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Video Editor who wants to join our talented team.
About the Role
As a Marketing Video Artist at Labhouse, you'll join our dynamic Marketing team, focusing on creating impactful ads for social media platforms. Your main responsibility will be to produce multiple engaging video creatives weekly, ensuring they captivate the audience and drive results.
You'll take ownership of the entire process:
- Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and conceptualize unique ad ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Execution: Bring those ideas to life through high-quality video editing and production.
- Testing and Optimization: Continuously test different variations of your work, analyze performance data, and refine creatives to improve results.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys blending creativity with analytics, and wants to make a tangible impact on how our brand reaches and engages users.
What we are looking for
- Experience creating marketing videos ads (paid creatives).
- Experience in video creation, editing & animation. (transitions, motion graphics, …)
- Great skills with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop) 🎥
- Experience in paid advertising platforms like: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok ads, Applovin etc. 🕺
- Knowledge of paid performance KPIs, such as Hook Rate, CPI, CTR, etc.
- Knowledge of AI tools, like Eleven Labs, Pika and Runaway, ArcAds, Mirage, Midjourney, Firefly, etc...
- Strong time management skills, able to create quality content on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
- Autonomous, Self Driven and Entrepreneurship Attitude
- Good level of spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team on the creation and edition creatives for performance marketing campaigns in Meta Ads, Google Ads and other ad networks.
- Design and create marketing creatives for our mobile apps.
- Analyze both organic trends and competitor ads to get ideas for new ads.
- Collaborate with the other video makers and paid performance managers to deliver winning creatives.
