Qualifications
- Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting skills
- Experience with Budgeting and Financial Compliance
- Strong skills in Strategic Financial Management and Team Supervision
- Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and collaborating across departments
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
- Experience in financial software and tools is beneficial
