Design and deploy the global supply chain traceability strategy

Develop and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and KPIs

Lead cross-functional projects with quality, IT, manufacturing, and logistics teams

Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk assessments

Promote awareness, training, and best practices in traceability across the organization

Continuously optimize traceability performance through technology and innovation

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

8+ years' experience in supply chain, compliance, or traceability roles

Strong knowledge of serialization, GS1 standards, ERP systems, and regulatory frameworks

Proven leadership in global or multi-market environments

Excellent stakeholder management and project execution skills

Bachelor's degree required; master's or relevant certifications are a plus
