Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced UX Designer with 8–10 years of expertise in designing mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, mobile-first interfaces, and delivering intuitive, visually appealing experiences across iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile app design user experiences activities.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Ensure consistency by using design systems, style guides, and branding across mobile platforms.
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Technologies

• Prototyping & Wireframing: Figma, FigJam, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Mobile Platforms: iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design
• User Research & Testing: Usability testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluation
• Collaboration Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Teams
• Additional Skills: Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, and design systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in UX design, with a focus on mobile applications.
• Proven portfolio showcasing case study on mobile app design projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
