Key Responsibilities

•Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation.

•Coordinate onboarding agendas and organize events for new hires.

•Support the implementation of the annual learning and development plan, including logistics and resource development.

•Manage metrics and data reporting to monitor process quality.

•Analyze performance evaluations to suggest development actions.

•Help coordinate employer branding initiatives and maintain relationships with academic institutions.

•Contribute to internal communication and change management efforts.

•Collaborate with employees, communications teams, academic partners, and external vendors.

•Requirements

•Education: University degree in Psychology preferred.

•Experience: None required.
