Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial CEO/CMO to spearhead our marketing strategy, growth, and fundraising efforts. This role is ideal for a leader ready to work initially without a salary in exchange for significant equity, with the goal of achieving profitability within 18 months and establishing YourBrandOnTime as the leader in real-time influencer marketing. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the €500K fundraising effort, crafting compelling pitches, building investor relationships, and managing funding rounds.
• Driving MVP validation by identifying and closing deals with clients (brands and agencies) for testing and feedback.
• Designing and executing a digital marketing strategy to attract B2B clients and build brand presence in the influencer ecosystem.
• Forging strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and content creators.
• Aligning MVP development with market needs, iterating based on client feedback.
• Representing YourBrandOnTime at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.

Important Note: This role offers no salary until funding is secured, which will be one of your primary responsibilities. In return, we provide competitive equity to reward your commitment and leadership during this pivotal phase.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital marketing and influencer marketing, with a focus on streaming platforms like YouTube.
• Proven track record in startups, ideally in leadership roles (CMO, Head of Growth, CEO, or similar) in SaaS or tech companies.
• Significant experience in fundraising, with a demonstrated ability to successfully raise investment capital in previous projects, including pitching to investors and closing funding rounds.
• Strong understanding of B2B business, with the ability to secure deals with brands and agencies.
• Ability to thrive in high-uncertainty environments, such as startups in the validation phase.
• Experience managing teams in high-growth startups and nurturing talent.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and its applications in digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Spanish (essential for markets in Europe and the U.S.).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and willingness to work without a salary initially in exchange for equity.
• Location: Fully remote, with a preference for candidates in Barcelona or availability for occasional in-person meetings in the city.
