About the Role 

Job Description: 

We’re looking for a talented UX/Web Designer to join our team in Barcelona. You’ll be responsible for designing and optimizing digital experiences across our Shopify ecommerce site. You’ll work on landing pages, product pages, and informative content pages based on briefs from the marketing team, always ensuring a consistent, user-centered experience focused on conversion. 

The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, a solid grasp of usability principles, and the ability to translate marketing goals into effective web experiences. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and prototype landing pages, internal pages, and product pages based on marketing briefs. 
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and mockups. 
• Collaborate closely with marketing and development to ensure accurate implementation of designs. 
• Apply best practices in usability and conversion-focused UX. 
• Iterate and optimize designs based on data and feedback 

Qualifications: 

• Experience: At least 2 years as a web designer with a UX/UI focus. 
• Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools), HTML, CSS, and vibe coding. 
• UX/UI: Strong knowledge of responsive design and user-centric design for conversion. 
• Languages: Conversational level in both English and Spanish (English is the main language at the company). 
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing web design work and UX thinking. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate metrics. 
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar. 
• Basic experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Confluence). 
• Visual sensitivity and knowledge of branding or digital strategy is a plus.
