Role
As a Junior AI Software Engineer, you’ll work on real-world AI systems from day one. You’ll help build and improve AI voice agents that interact with patients, providers, and healthcare staff across high-impact workflows.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers and founders, gaining exposure to the full stack, from low-latency AI pipelines to backend services and frontend tooling.

Role
As a Junior AI Software Engineer, you’ll work on real-world AI systems from day one. You’ll help build and improve AI voice agents that interact with patients, providers, and healthcare staff across high-impact workflows.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers and founders, gaining exposure to the full stack, from low-latency AI pipelines to backend services and frontend tooling.
What You’ll Do
- Integrate external data sources (EHRs, APIs, internal tools)
- Build and improve AI voice agents used in real healthcare calls
- Work on AI pipelines involving speech, LLMs, and agent orchestration
- Contribute to backend services and internal tools (Python-first)
- Learn how production AI systems (> 150k calls /month) are monitored, tested, and scaled
