The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, recruiting, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 

 

Responsibilities

• Design and implement human resources strategies and policies that support the company's commercial objectives in the automotive sector.

• Supervise and coordinate the recruitment and selection process of the team, guaranteeing the hiring of qualified talent in line with the needs of the organization.

• Lead training and development programs to improve employee performance and productivity.

• Manage and coordinate compensation and benefits programs, ensuring internal and external equity of the salary structure.

• Manage the work environment and resolve conflicts between employees effectively and proactively.

• Keep personnel records and documentation updated, guaranteeing compliance with current labor laws and regulations.


Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Sociology or similar field.

• Master's degree in HR or similar will be considered.

• Previous experience of at least +5 years in human resources functions in the automotive sector.

• Solid knowledge of labor legislation and occupational safety and hygiene standards.

• Ability to work as a team, communicate effectively and lead change initiatives.

• Oriented to targets and ability to make decisions in complex situations.

• English fluent.
