What will help you succeed:

• Drive effective digital marketing strategies and optimize paid media channels and investment to achieve business goals. Collaborate and manage all resources to ensure the fulfillment of the client's digital performance marketing goals through CRO
• SEO and Data strategies. Manage the business and deliver the service proposition to clients
• overseeing the end-to-end management of the digital performance business. Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for client development
• providing support to the sales team in proposals

• and client management. Lead and motivate the team based on client objectives and culture. Define a paid media 360 strategy for both regular and new business: Briefing definition

• Advanced English skills are a must.
• Experience managing accounts clients
• and projects in digital marketing agencies
• digital business consultancies
• contact centers
• or similar environments. Experience as a supervisor or team lead is a plus. Knowledge of digital marketing

• and performance marketing is a plus. Advantage knowledge of GA4
• Google Ads
• SEO
• SEM strategies
