A Head of Business Development is responsible for bringing in new clients and growing the existing ones using a strategic approach. The candidate must have well-established connections in the iGaming Industry to hit the ground running and be part of the fundamental growth process. The Head of Business Development will work with Sales Representatives worldwide and the internal Account Management team on corporate deals with an average sales cycle of 5 to 18 weeks. The candidate must demonstrate the most significant wins in the market and a proven track record of developing executive relationships from the ground up. The Head of Business Development will cooperate closely with a senior-level team to ensure an excellent understanding of the product and its features.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Defining commercial goals and metrics that align with the BETER Live vision, mission, and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing the commercial strategy that expands the customer base & global reach and guides the sales and AM teams in achieving commercial goals and metrics.
  • Ensuring that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume, and efficiency targets (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Managing sales operations to support commercial strategy and plan.
  • Identifying key decision-makers and building strong relationships with prospects and customers worldwide.
  • Demonstrating and articulating the BETER Live technical and operational solutions and their business value effectively.
  • Demonstrating solution selling techniques by utilizing in-depth product knowledge.
  • Generating and maintaining an accurate pipeline and making timely sales forecasts.
  • Identifying internal teams and providing guidance and leadership on each sales deal.
  • Understanding in depth the customer industry trends.
