Head of Land Partner Team VEER

To lead this mission, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Land Partner Team. This role is pivotal in establishing VEER’s footprint across Spain and ensuring that our cabins are placed in the most breathtaking and viable locations.

What you will do:

• Scout and qualify exceptional natural land plots for VEER’s mobile cabins.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowner partners, presenting VEER’s value proposition and closing collaboration agreements.
• Leverage your knowledge of zoning codes and land classifications to identify feasible sites and negotiate permits with municipalities and town halls.
• Lead and inspire a diverse international team of land scouts and negotiators.
• Collaborate closely with our production and marketing teams to coordinate the deployment of cabins and their successful launch into operation.
• Represent VEER as the face of our land partnerships, balancing commercial skills with authenticity, vision, and integrity.

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English at a professional level.
• Strong working knowledge of Catalonia, Aragón, and Navarra, including geography, culture, and regional development.
• Professional understanding of land zoning, architectural norms, and city-building regulations (architectural education is a plus).
• Skilled negotiator with public institutions and private landowners.
• Proven leadership of teams, ability to work under pressure, and readiness to travel extensively.
• Valid driver’s license (B required; BE valued) to support frequent regional travel.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to sell an idea, close deals, and scale partnerships.
• A natural traveler at heart – you live the spirit of exploration and feel at home in the wild.

From where we operate:

We operate from our office in Barcelona and our production facility in Bellvei (Tarragona). Depending on project needs, you will have a workplace in one of these locations. Please note, this role requires frequent regional travel.
