What We're Looking For

We are currently looking for a Junior User Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for launching advertising campaigns on paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and others, specifically targeting the Health and Fitness audience.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full cycle mobile traffic advertising campaigns: launching, optimization and scaling
• Experimenting on creatives with designers: A/B testing, performance analysis and optimization
• Monitoring advertising campaigns for performance monitoring, optimization and reporting
• Researching and evaluating of new user acquisition channels
• Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in access management, identity governance, and security technologies.
• Collaborating with IT, security, and compliance teams to develop, implement, and enhance access management processes, procedures, and controls.
  
  

✨ The ideal profile:

• Confident in key marketing metrics: ROI, CPA, CTR, CPM, CR
• Hands-on experience setting up ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or Snapchat Ads
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent math and problem-solving skills
• Excellent soft skills, high motivation to learn, a proactive attitude, and attentiveness to details
• Strong interest in marketing and the Health & Fitness niche
• B2+ English level
• Eagerness to work with big budgets and be a valuable team member
