🎯 What You'll Do

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will:

• Assist senior project managers in coordinating hospitality IT deployments
• Be on-site for project kick-offs, system installations, and hotel openings across Spain and Europe
• Monitor project timelines and ensure that tasks are delivered on time and on budget
• Liaise with clients, vendors, construction teams, and IT integrators
• Support documentation, logistics, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

This is a hybrid role — you’ll be based in Madrid but expect to be on the road (or in the air) around 50% of the time.

💡 What We’re Looking For

Soft skills:

• A natural problem-solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, hands-on, and ready to adapt in fast-changing environments

Hard skills (any of these are a plus):

• Experience or education in project management, IT, construction, or hospitality
• Familiarity with hotel openings or tech infrastructure projects
• Fluent English and Spanish required — French is a big advantage
• Passion for travel, technology, and the hospitality sector
