Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking subscribers of a leading online streaming service, resolving queries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and care
• Assist users with account management, subscription plans, billing inquiries, and platform navigation across all supported streaming devices and operating systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming quality, playback errors, connectivity problems, and device compatibility, escalating complex cases as appropriate
• Guide customers through the features and content offerings of the streaming platform, providing tailored recommendations to enhance their viewing experience

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — a C1 or C2 level of proficiency is required
