Your Mission 馃幆
After a recent seed round of funding, we are looking for a full-cycle Account Executive who wants to take on the challenge of building their own pipeline from scratch, intelligently warming up opportunities, and closing deals with conviction. We want someone with a hunter mindset, autonomy, curiosity about the client鈥檚 business, and the ability to carry out a consultative process from first contact to signing. This is not a role for someone who expects to be handed hot leads; it鈥檚 a role for someone who wants to conquer the market.
What You鈥檒l Do 馃洜
- Smart prospecting (outbound 80/20): Research, identify, and contact high-potential companies, personalizing every message and finding the right entry point (Sales, Ops, HR, or General Management).
- High-level discovery: Qualify needs, map the decision-making process, and understand how our solution fits into the context of each account.
- Consultative demos: Prepare and lead demos where you connect the dots between our product and the client鈥檚 real challenges, helping them visualize the impact we can have.
- Managing complex stakeholders: Navigate structures with multiple stakeholders (sales, operations, finance, HR), keeping control of the process and generating urgency with value.
- Pipeline management: Organize your funnel rigorously, updating the CRM, forecasting accurately, and prioritizing deals with criteria.
- Negotiation and closing: Structure proposals, anticipate objections, collaborate with the technical team on complex cases, and close deals that create mutual value.
- Team feedback: Although your focus is selling, your experience in the field will be key to helping us understand what hurts the client and what we can improve.
Is This You? 馃専
- You have at least 3 total years of B2B sales experience, with a previous stint as an SDR and with good performance and at least 1 year as an AE in full cycles.
- You have experience selling SaaS with medium-long cycles (3-6 months) and a consultative approach.
- You feel comfortable making cold calls, opening conversations from scratch, and earning the trust of C-Level profiles.
- You have a very organized approach to your pipeline and understand that selling is not just about charisma: it鈥檚 about method, analysis, and persistence.
- You live in Barcelona or can work 4x a week from our offices in the city center.
