Our IT team of 50 professionals delivers a range of services, including Cybersecurity, Network Management, Business Intelligence, and much more, to support and drive the group’s success.
Your Mission :
You will join a team of six in the Helpdesk Support division, managing technical issues and inquiries through the Freshservice ticketing system. The role requires a blend of independent work and team collaboration.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive IT support across Europe, tackling OS, Office 365, access management, and cybersecurity issues.
- Efficiently categorize and address incoming incidents and requests.
- Own your ticket queue with proactive follow-ups and process enhancements.
- Enhance your troubleshooting skills, offer user training, and escalate complex cases.
- Develop guides and documentation for teams and users.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, communicating effectively in both English and Italian.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proficiency in critical IT systems (Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10, etc.).
- Solid understanding of IT’s role in a corporate landscape.
- Fluency in English and Italian (C1 level).
- Soft Skills: A friendly attitude, professional approach, collaborative spirit, and independent problem-solving prowess.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with Citrix, server OS, Azure, SQL Server, Intune, GPOs.
- Multilingual capabilities.
