What You'll Do:

Join the Travel Client Strategy, Emerging EMEA team and gain hands-on experience in the successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns for some of the world’s leading travel brands. As an intern, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support campaigns from initial planning through to post-campaign analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Partner with Campaign Managers and Account Strategists to provide tailored support for global travel clients across Emerging EMEA. You'll deepen your understanding of client needs and contribute to account growth.
  • Campaign Performance: Monitor, optimise, and report on campaign performance to advertisers and media agencies, ensuring delivery against KPIs.
  • Forecasting & RFPs: Assist in forecasting campaign outcomes and responding to requests for proposals.
  • Budget & Creative Optimisation: Manage campaign budgets end-to-end, review technical setups, and assess creatives to help exceed client objectives.
  • Internal Coordination: Handle administrative tasks such as submitting requests and following up with cross-functional teams (Finance, Data Analysts, Technical Solutions, Creative Designers, Go-to-Market/Product).
  • Strategic Insights: Identify opportunities for technical and strategic optimisation within the existing client portfolio.
  • Process Improvement: Support the development of internal tools and processes, including automation of performance monitoring and scalable health checks.
  • Learning & Development: Take part in a wide range of training sessions to build your skills and industry knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the team with daily operations and ad hoc requests.

Who You Are:

  • You’re fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • You’ve completed at least one internship in sales, marketing, or client services—ideally in a tech or digital media environment.
  • You’re passionate about digital media, internet trends, and continuous learning.
  • You’re results-oriented, analytical, and detail-focused, with the ability to assess performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • You bring strong business acumen and thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • You’re eligible to sign a full-time, 6-month internship contract in Spain.
