We are looking for a Junior Partnership Manager to join our Barcelona team. In this hybrid role, you will support the growth and management of our partner ecosystem, working closely with senior team members to negotiate deals, onboard new partners, and strengthen existing relationships.
This role is ideal for someone ambitious, curious, and eager to develop a career in business development and partnerships within a fast-paced, international environment.
What you’ll do:
- Support the end-to-end process of partner acquisition, onboarding, and account management.
- Conduct research to identify potential partners, new markets, and business opportunities.
- Assist in negotiations and preparation of commercial agreements.
- Work with cross-functional teams (tech, operations, finance) to deliver value to partners.
- Track partner performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Contribute ideas and energy to partnership strategies and team projects.
- Represent Merit in partner meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong English proficiency (written & spoken); additional languages (Spanish, French, Arabic) are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-moving international environment.
