Must-have Skills
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- +6 years of experience building and maintaining enterprise web applications
- Strong skills in React, Next.js, and Node.js (SSR & CSR) with focus on UX and quality
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Experience with UI component libraries and CI/CD pipelines
- Awareness of best practices in:
- Security (e.g., OWASP)
- Web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse)
- SEO techniques
- Accessibility standards (WCAG)
