Axiem is looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive PMO scheduler with hands-on experience in Smartsheet to

support the successful execution of Renewable Energy Projects. This role focuses on schedule creation, updates,

quality control, reporting and PMO support. You will also contribute to resource allocation, training on tools and

processes and process improvement initiatives. Proficiency in English and a solid understanding of project

management best practices. You will work with internal customers to ensure a successful introduction of Smartsheet

throughout the program management organization of a world leader in Renewable Energy. You will work remotely,

but you must be located in the Barcelona area and available to come into the customer facility for team meetings as

requested.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and update integrated project schedules in Smartsheet.

- Support schedule development for new projects, coordinating inputs from several engineering teams.

- Monitor baselines and identify deviations, proposing mitigation strategies.

- Ensure schedule data accuracy and adherence to project standards and PMO guidelines.

- Deliver regular and on-demand reporting to internal and external stakeholders in both Spanish and English.

- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, providing scheduling insights and administrative support.

- Contribute to project reviews and governance meetings with clear, data-driven scheduling input.

- Support resource planning and allocation across multiple projects using Smartsheet and other PMO tools.

- Deliver user-friendly guides, process documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.

- Champion the adoption of Smartsheet and related digital tools within the organization.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with Smartsheet for project scheduling, reporting and collaboration.

- Strong understanding of project management principles, ideally aligned with PMBOK Guide or PMP

practices.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish language skills are an advantage.

- Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

- PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification (desired, but not mandatory)

- Smartsheet certification or formal training

- Experience with Primavera P6 is desirable.
