Bloomia Wellness Experience is a boutique agency dedicated to designing exclusive wellness events and retreats for women, with a special focus on hormonal health and emotional well-being.

We partner with clinics, wellness centers, and purpose-driven brands to create meaningful, science-backed experiences that blend elegance, care, and impact.

Our mission is to elevate women’s health through curated wellness journeys that foster deep connection, self-awareness, and holistic healing.

We are looking for a visionary and motivated Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Co-Founder to join us in building the Bloomia brand from the ground up. This is a non-salaried position in the initial phase, with the opportunity to become a co-founder and earn equity based on contribution and commitment. As CMO, you will lead all marketing and communication efforts — from shaping our brand identity and building our community to establishing strategic B2B and B2C relationships.

• Define and implement a multichannel marketing strategy (digital, PR, events)
• Lead brand storytelling, positioning, and visual identity
• Build and engage a community of women, partners, and clients
• Drive communications across both B2B (clinics, wellness centers, brands) and B2C (retreat participants, customers)
• Identify strategic opportunities for growth and co-create event concepts
• Represent the brand at events, talks, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the founding team on business and creative direction
  

• Proven experience in marketing, communications, or community building
• Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C dynamics
• Passion for women's health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Fluent or native Spanish speaker (required); proficiency in English
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow from zero
• Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
