At AIRE Ancient Baths, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our 6–12 month Leadership Program in North America.

From day one, you’ll be immersed in the heart of our operations: rotating through core departments, receiving hands-on training, and growing alongside our Line Managers.

This immersive experience is designed to fast-track your leadership path in the world of luxury hospitality.

Who You Are

• Eligible for the ICEX VIVES program (EU nationality, 18–30 y/o, residing in Spain)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality
• Fluent in English Naturally proactive and inspiring – you know how to lead and motivate teamsExcellent communication skills and a service-driven mindset
• Desirable: at least 6 months in a leadership role (e.g., Supervisor or Team Lead)
• Bonus: experience with Salesforce
  
  

🌿 What You'll Experience

Throughout the program, you'll rotate across key operational departments—gaining hands-on experience and training for leadership roles such as Supervisor, Manager on Duty (MOD), Department Manager, and eventually, Operations Manager.

Your journey begins with shadowing experienced leaders, followed by progressive hands-on responsibilities, leading to real leadership opportunities.

You’ll train across the following areas: Customer Experience (Links Department), Front Desk and Housekeeping

Final Phase: Immersion into Upper Management

In the final phase of the program, you'll gain exposure to the strategic and operational dynamics of upper management.

You’ll collaborate closely with Operations Managers and Directors, assisting in key areas of center performance while deepening your understanding of leadership at the highest level.

During This Phase, You Will

• Support the coordination of daily operations across departments, ensuring consistency and service excellence
• Assist in reviewing KPIs and identifying areas for continuous improvement
• Join leadership meetings and contribute to cross-departmental planning
• Observe how strategic decisions are made and implemented
• Learn about the financial, administrative, and operational pillars that sustain our centers
• Strengthen your leadership presence by working alongside senior leaders in real-time decision-making environments
