Job Title: Systems Administrator | DevOps Kubernetes
Location: Barcelona (100% Remote)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator with strong DevOps and Kubernetes expertise to join a
dynamic cloud infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Linux environments, automation,
container orchestration, and cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence through effective incident, vulnerability, problem, and change
management following the ITIL4 framework. You´ll be expected to support cloud-native architectures and implement
scalable and secure solutions using cutting-edge DevOps tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and resolve incidents, vulnerabilities, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL4 standards.
• Provide specialized technical support for cloud infrastructures with emphasis on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Administer and optimize containerized services using Kubernetes, EKS, and microservices tools.
• Automate operational tasks using Terraform (mandatory), with additional scripting via Ansible and Packer.
• Monitor infrastructure using Prometheus (Alertmanager), Grafana, CloudWatch, and the ELK stack.
• Support and optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL databases under AWS RDS.
• Improve caching systems like Redis (ElastiCache).
• Implement and maintain security and compliance measures using AWS Security Hub and AWS Config.
• Create and maintain technical and procedural documentation in Confluence.
• Manage projects and incidents via Jira and Jira Operations.
• Handle advanced Linux server administration and real-time process/network debugging tools such as ps,
top, strace, tcpdump, netstat, etc.
• Configure and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, IAM, S3, RDS, Route53, Lambda, CloudWatch).
• Administer cloud networking: VPC, NAT, NACL, Security Groups, ALB/NLB and troubleshoot
routing/visibility.
• Maintain and monitor systemd services and support hybrid environments.
• Participate in an on-call rotation (1/month) to support 24/7 operations.
