We are seeking a talented and motivated A.I. Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming, artificial intelligence, machine learning and data science.

This is a hybrid role - three days per week in our Barcelona office.

Responsabilidades principales What you'll be doing:

Teamwork: work within a team to build and maintain cloud-based solutions to support Sage’s business plans and long-term objectives by contributing to our state-of-the-art cloud architecture.

Innovation and Technology: Leverage emerging technologies to innovate and improve the Sage Copilot implementation. Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into the workstream.

Architecture and Framework: contribute to the architectural design and implementation of Sage Copilot, ensuring it meets scalability, security, and performance standards.

Collaborating: with external teams to integrate provided frameworks effectively.

Knowledge sharing: Share knowledge to help upskill wider teams on how AI technologies can be leveraged in our products. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to ensure your skills remain cutting-edge.

Performance and Security: Monitor and optimize quality and performance whilst ensuring security protocols are followed.

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience in designing, developing, and testing software applications.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML principles and algorithms, particularly in areas relevant to Natural Language Processing and content generation.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including their architecture, capabilities, and limitations. Familiarity with platforms like AWS Bedrock (Anthropic Claude, etc.) is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and related services.
• Understanding of API design and development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Curiosity and a passion for AI and innovation.
