We’re growing our Healthcare & Pharma team in Barcelona and looking for a Senior Sales Manager who knows how to sell to pharma — and knows agency life from the inside.

If you’ve worked with pharma clients, understand medical environments, and enjoy building long-term partnerships (not just chasing leads), you’ll feel at home at ntam.

• Lead new business development for pharma & healthcare clients
• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships
• Work closely with strategy, medical, and delivery teams
• Represent ntam confidently in client meetings and pitches
  

• Proven pharma or healthcare experience (must-have)
• Previous agency experience (must-have)
• Strong understanding of healthcare communications and client dynamics
• Confident, structured, and consultative sales approach
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
